The University of Kentucky has selected Turner Construction to build a US$184 million Agriculture Research Building in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
The structure will encompass laboratory teaching areas, offices, and a 250-seat auditorium. The forthcoming Agriculture Research Building is anticipated to greatly enhance students' academic experiences and future career prospects. Spanning 190,000 square feet, the construction is scheduled for completion by 2027.
Turner has worked on more than 20 projects for the University of Kentucky including the Albert B. Chandler Hospital, whose original structure was completed in 2011 and has had ongoing interior fit-outs since, and the Health Education Building which will be completed in 2026.
