IMC Worldwide has published a call for applications for a transaction advisory assignment for two student accommodation PPP projects in Azerbaijan.

Appointed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the consultancy is looking for four local Azerbaijan-based experts to join an advisory team comprised of a Public Procurement Expert and Deputy Team Leader, National Civil Engineer, Project Economic and Financial Analysis Expert, Environmental and Social Safeguard Specialist.

The team will support the preparation of two bankable PPP projects to improve the quality and access to university student accommodation at Baku State University and Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). The assignment is also intended to strengthen the government of Azerbaijan’s capacity in executing public-private partnerships.

The deadline for applications is 4 September 2018, with the assignment to commence in October and last 18 months.
