Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has appointed Ernst & Young consortium to provide transaction advisory services for two IWPP plants located at Az-Zour and AlKhairan. The EY team consists of Ernst & Young, Atkins, and Addleshaw Goddard.
The consortium will be responsible for preparing and completing the feasibility studies for each project and the whole tendering process.
