The Department of Transportation in the Philippines is seeking Japanese suppliers to provide train sets for Malolos-Clark Railway Project and the North-South Railway Project-South Commuter line. The contract will include design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commission, integration, and technical support for a total of seven train sets each having eight cars.
The funding for this contract will be provided by a loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The deadline to submit the bids is May 8, 2021.
