The Trafford Council and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) in the UK have launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a development partner for a mixed-use development in Stertfort, Manchester, UK.
The works will be carried out at the 3.75 ha former site of the Greater Manchester Police HQ located on Chester Road in Stretfort. The selected development partner will enter into JV with GMCA and Trafford Council. Once the developer is selected authority will move forward with the planning application. The project is part of Trafford Council's Civic Quarter Area Action Plan, under which the authority aims to deliver 750 homes, shops, commercial spaces and public facilities.
The deadline to submit the interest is August 19, 2022. The authority expects to select a development partner by September 2022. For more information about this RFEOI, visit our business opportunities page here.
