Torbay Council in UK has launched a tender for the planning, design, funding, promotion and construction works for the development of housing at the 2 identified sites, including all infrastructure highways, associated landscaping and environmental works and to include for the transfer of completed units of affordable housing to the Council's local housing company, all in accordance with the procurement documents.
The housing project consists of 350 units in Little Blagdon Farm, Collaton St Mary, Paignton (Lot 1), and approximately 135 units in Preston Down Road, Paignton (Lot 2).
The deadline for the submission of documents is on November 7, 2019.
