The Ministry of Investment Promotion in Togo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore Corporation Enterprise (SCE) as part of the search for strategic partnerships for the promotion of investments and the continuous improvement of the business climate in Togo. SCE had also signed a similar MoU with Togo in 2010 and 2012.
The agreement focuses on a range of plans to develop infrastructure, industrial zones, agro-industry, and contribute to Togo's ambition of being a first-class logistics hub.
