TiLT Capital Fund 1 has successfully achieved its fundraising target of EUR250 million (US$273 million). The fund received support from prominent investors including the European Investment Bank, the European Investment Fund, Bpifrance, and Siparex Associés, as well as leading institutional investors, private investors, family offices, and funds of funds. Its ongoing fundraising efforts aim to reach the hard cap of EUR300 million (US$328 million) by October 2023. With a focus on the energy transition, the fund's strategy centers around two key areas: energy efficiency and the flexibility of energy systems. TiLT Capital Fund 1 holds the "Tibi" and "France Investissement Assureurs" labels and primarily targets growing French and European SMEs that play a significant role in driving the energy transition.
