Three teams shortlisted for Clackamas County courthouse PPP

Clackamas County has received eight proposals to the Request for Qualifications for the replacement of the courthouse in Oregon, USA. Based on the evaluation, the following three teams are shortlisted to continue with the next steps of selection and receive the Request for Proposals:

  • Fengate PCL Progress Partners
  • Plenary Justice Red Soils
  • Red Soils Justice Partners- Balfour Beatty

The PPP project will replace the current courthouse with the new one, which will be around 250,000 square feet. With an estimated investment of US$189 million, it will feature 16 courtrooms, 20 judicial chambers, an office for the District Attorney, screening areas, administrative space and other facilities. The selected team will be responsible for the design, build, partially finance and maintenance (DBFM) of the new courthouse for a period of 30 years.
