Three shortlisted teams invited to submit proposals for Gowrie-Kagaru rail PPP

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has launched a request for proposal (RFP) inviting three shortlisted bidders to submit proposals for the section of Inland Rail from Gowrie outside Toowoomba to Kagaru near Beaudesert in Queensland.

The three consortia invited to submit proposals are :

  1. Capstone comprises CPB Contractors, Ghella, UGL, DIF, Pacific Partnerships
  2. G2Konnect comprises Acciona, Ferrovial, Cintra, Macquarie
  3. Regionerate Rail comprises Clough, GS Engineering and Construction, Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo), Lend Lease Services, Plenary Group
