The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that three investors have expressed their interest in the concession to use and exploit the Chios Marina.
Expressions of Interest were submitted by:
HRADF’s advisors will evaluate the aforementioned Expressions of Interest and submit to HRADF’s Board of Directors their recommendation regarding the candidates that qualify for the next phase of the tender.
The 20-year contract extension for the project has been put on hold by the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, due to doubts on the legal basis of the extension. The sale of a further 30% stake for the privatization of the AIA has also been delayed
