Three consortia shortlisted for CBSA land border crossing project

Three teams have been shortlisted for to develop the land border crossing project of the Canada Border Services Agency. The consortia of bidders are:

  • Border Link Partners - Fengate, Clark, EBC, Honeywell, HOCHTIEF, Kasian 
  • Plenary Properties - Plenary Group (North America), ATCO
  • EllisDon -  EllisDon, Groupe TEQ

The other two unsuccessful bidding teams are Concert Infrastructure, Bird, Pomerleau, Brookfield; SNC-Lavalin.  

The land border project would involve the upgrade, operation and maintenance of approximately 71 of the country's border crossing during a 30 year concession period. The project would also include the redevelopment of several housing units associated.
