Three bids for Finnish schools PPP

The City of Espoo, located in southern Finland, has announced that it has received three bids for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of nine schools and nurseries located throughout the city. The bidders are:

  • Lehto Group Oyj 
  • SRV Construction Ltd and Infranode I AB
  • YIT Suomi Oy and Meridiam Investments II. 

The selected bidder will be awarded a PPP contract to deliver the educational facilities with a term of between 15 and 25 years. The new schools and nurseries are scheduled to open their doors between 2022 and 2024.
