Three companies are competing for acquiring the 50% stake in the Brescia Hospital concession from Lendlease and A2A. The competing companies are 3i Infrastructure, Equitix and Quaero Capital. They are currently in the final phases of the bidding process. The owners are looking to announce the winner of the stake soon. A2A and other minority stake holders will keep a small stake in the concession.
