We have the pleasure of bringing to you all the third edition of the 3P Bulletin. The Bulletin 3P is aimed at disseminating knowledge mainly across the PPP Cells that have been created across the country- at States, Central line ministries and other Government agencies under the GOI-ADB PPP initiative, "Mainstreaming PPPs in India".Activities spanning capacity building, institutionalization of skills and processes, sector developments, project development etc. are being undertaken across these cells which will bedisseminated through the Bulletin to add ultimately in enhancing awareness, knowledge and participation in PPP development across India.
According to Govind Mohan, Joint Secretary of the Department of Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Finance the initiative is focusing more and more on social projects:
