The University of Westphalia is seeking technical consultants for the new building of the Audimax PPP project in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The project involves the development of a new Audimax for the University, which will also include a senate hall, seminar rooms and rooms for sports with a total usable area of 1510 m 2.
The required technical advisory services consist of the preparation of the procurement procedure (phase 1) to accompanying the procurement procedure in the so-called owner model to the conclusion of a contract with a PPP partner (phase 2) as well as a subsequent controlling that accompanies planning and construction.
The Audimax project will be implemented by the PPP partner, who will design, build and take over the technical building management (especially maintenance) over a period of 20-30 years. An owner model is planned in which the ownership of the land remains with the Westphalian University or BLB NRW.
The deadline to submit the proposal is April 19, 2021.
