The project was signed by a company, Northern Diabolo NV, consisting of the investors HSH Nordbank AG (25 %) and International Public Partnership GP Ltd (the former Babcock & Brown Group) (75 %). The consortium also achieved financial close. HSH Nordbank financed all the borrowings of about EUR 280 million. Just under EUR 36 million will be provided by HSH Nordbank and Babcock & Brown as equity.
