The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) has launched a tender process to select consultants to prepare pre-investment studies of the project. The MTC plans to award the contract for the studies by the end of March. The successful consultants will have about six months to deliver the studies, which will serve to determine the most suitable management model and design for each project
