The House of Representatives of the Government of Nigeria has resolved to set up an ad-hoc committee to investigate the termination of the concession agreement. The committee has two weeks to report back to the House for further legislative actions. It is thought that TCN terminated the concession without following due process

    The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) said that it will deploy everything within its ability to ensure the concession dispute between the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and Bi-Courtney Aviation Services is resolved.
