Reuters has informed that five consortia have submitted qualification documents:- Vinci Concessions Holding (France)- Koc Holding, UEM Group Berhad (Malaysia), and Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi (PE firm)- OHL (Spain) and Zorlu Holding - Autostrade (Italy), Dogus Holding and Makyol Insaat Sanayi Turizm- MV Holding, Nurol Insaat, Fernas Insaat, Kalyon Insaat Sanayi and Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri

The consortium formed by Limak, Kolin and Cengiz construction has been the only bidder for the project although 10 consortia had qualified for the project

Turkish Minister of Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Binali Yildirim on Monday said that they would issue a tender notice for the third airport in Istanbul in September

The bidders have been requested to give final bids on 29/08/2012 at 3:00 pm

According to Taboglu & Demirhan newsletter, the Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) will finally realize the tender on 28 August 2012
