* ITNL International (Singapore), IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (India), Dublin Airport Authority (Ireland) and Htoo Construction Co, Ltd.,
* China Harbour Engineering Asia World Co, Ltd (China),
* AVIC International (China), Yunnan Airport Group (China) and Shwe Than Lwin (Myanmar),
