The consortium has arranged the necessary financing for the concession by Dec. 31st. BBVA Corporate Finance has acted as advisor and Mandated Lead Arranger of the financing, which was signed by 4 additional banks. The consortium has created a concession company and has paid the €310 million fee by the closing date. (total fee is €430 million)
