Department of Public Works in California of the City of Los Angeles, USA has issued an RFQ requesting private infrastructure developers to submit a response for the new civic center project.
The project involves design, build, finance, operate, and maintenance of a new civic center in Los Angeles. The center is planned to be a 27- to 29-story tower offering over 70,000 square meters of office space, street-fronting retail and restaurant space and underground parking for 1,100 vehicles. It would be built on the site of the Parker Center.
The city will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to shortlisted respondents later. The deadline to submit the response to the RFQ is May 28, 2019.
