• Blue Light Partnership is a joint venture between Bilfinger Berger Project Investments and Miller Construction, with Miller also acting as the main contractor, Cofely as the facilities management provider, and designers Haverstock Associates, Ryder Architecture and URS.
• Blue Light Partnership will design, build, finance and operate the new buildings
Funding
• The capital cost for the programme is £72m for construction, furniture and fittings, including the first fit of information technology.
• An allocation of £102million of PFI credits has been made by HM Treasury in order to deliver this ambitious programme
• Senior debt finance for the scheme is being provided by Aviva Public Private Finance
