Tenders launched for engineering services of new school PPP in Hanover

Landeshauptstadt Hannover in Lower Saxony, Germany has launched two separate tender notices seeking building services and architectural services for a new school at Hanover Mühlenberg. The project involves the development of a new five-class elementary school with 2 single-field sports halls and a 5-group family center.

The first tender notice is seeking a technical consultant which will provide the following services:

  • Sewage, water and gas systems and engineering structures;
  • Heat supply systems;
  • Ventilation systems;
  • Building automation.

The second tender is seeking for a consultant to provide quality assurance building planning and documentation services for the school development. The scope of quality assurance includes the examination and control of the conformity of the advertised services with the planning (from the approval planning), the subsequent implementation, and the tracking of defects for the building construction, including demolition measures and interim construction.
