Carmarthenshire County Council has announced a tender to appoint a development partner to deliver sustainable, high-quality, mixed-use housing-led developments across 5 sites in Tyisha, Llanelli, UK.
Construction work includes building construction, multi-dwelling and individual houses, multi-functional buildings, urban development, commercial buildings, retirement homes, and related services like real estate, construction supervision, urban planning, architectural services, and engineering services. The Council aims to provide a mix of social housing, low-cost ownership, and outright purchase options as part of its strategic regeneration plans to offer affordable homes across the county. In addition to housing developments, the chosen partner will enhance public spaces, and community facilities, and restore or redevelop existing buildings at key sites.
