Tender to be held for Sustainable Administrative Center PPP project in Angra dos Reis

The Municipality of Angra dos Reis in Brazil has announced the bidding date for the Sustainable Administrative Center PPP project.

The new administrative center will operate between the Municipal Theater and the Forum. It will have approximately 13 thousand m2 of built area. The Smart Building will have real-time information on the building and its rooms, ventilation and air conditioning system, accessibility, and fire fighting system, in addition to all the building, technological, and furniture infrastructures for the full administrative functioning of the city hall. The project involves the entire operation and maintenance of the building.

The construction work is expected to last around two years and be completed in 2024. The auction will be held on April 14, at 2 pm, at the São Paulo Stock Exchange – B3.
