The European Investment Bank (EIB) has launched a tender notice seeking a Programme Management Support Consultant (PMSC) for the Gaza Central Desalination Plant (GCDP). The objective of this technical assistance is to implement the Gaza Central Desalination Programme on time, on budget and at high quality.

The Programme Management Support Consultancy (PMSC) will be embedded in the overall Programme Management structure. It will support the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) in programme management and provide guidance during the procurement, design, construction and commissioning phase of the Gaza Central Desalination Programme (GCDP), leading to the Program’s successful implementation and handover to the operational phase.
