The East London University has launched a tender for the development of the Stratford Campus Redevelopment PPP Project in East London, UK.
The tender is specifically released for the potential private sector partners who are shortlisted following the selection phase of the procurement. The private partner will be responsible for the Design, Build, Financing and Operation (DBFO) of the campus in order to make the accommodation affordable to University students over time.
The estimated value of the contract is GBP35 million (US$43.87 million). The concession duration is of 32 months (2.6 years).
