The Ministry of Health of Macedonia has re-launched the tender process for the development of a two multi-storey parking PPP project in Complex Clinique Mother Tereza, Skopje.

The object of the contract is finance, design, build, management and maintenance of the new facility - two multi-storey parking places, that shall be constructed on land in possession of Republic of Macedonia located on Complex Clinique Mother Tereza Skopje.

The PPP contract period is 35 years.

The subject of the contract is not divided into parts as defined in the technical specification. The bidder must submit an offer for all component elements of the procurement subject. Otherwise the bid will be deemed as null and void.

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on 15 January 2015.

In early November 2013 we announuced the first launch of the tender process. At that time the deadline was 23 December 2013.
