Tender Notice To Design, build, finance and operation of Community Diagnostic Centre in Northampton

Northampton General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has issued a competitive procurement process for the provision of a Large Hub Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) for Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust currently operates under University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group.

The Authority is looking for a strategic partner to help realize its vision of establishing a large CDC, which will include endoscopy services. This large CDC will complement existing facilities in Corby and Northampton. The procurement scope involves identifying suitable land or buildings, designing and constructing the facility, and providing staff and equipment for diagnostic testing to meet future population needs. Services will include Endoscopy, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, Echocardiogram, and Phlebotomy. The Authority will provide the remaining tests using their staff and equipment and so, the facility must provide clinic rooms for this activity.
