The London Borough of Enfield has sought a development partner for the redevelopment of the site known as Meridian Thirteen, within the wider Meridian Water regeneration project in Enfield, UK.
The Council aims to establish a genuine partnership with a Developer to achieve several key objectives:
- maximizing land revenue for the Council,
- delivering sustainable design with a unique character to highlight the residential nature of the site as a gateway to Meridian Water,
- ensuring long-term quality with high-quality placemaking and robust estate management,
- offering a variety of housing tenures affordable to Londoners,
- expediting the project while maintaining momentum to deliver homes and active ground floor uses, and
- providing engaging non-residential uses and appealing public spaces to increase foot traffic and enhance the location's status as a gateway to Meridian Water.
The deadline for expressing interest is June 3, 2024.
