Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen in Germany has issued a tender notice seeking a technical consultant for two judicial buildings in Frankfurt. The scope of the project includes construction of two new buildings C and Z. In addition to the predominant office use, 2 high-security security meeting rooms of different sizes are planned in order to be able to continue to meet the ever-increasing security requirements during court hearings. A usable area of ​​16,547 m ² is planned for building C. In the new building Z, employees of the General Prosecutor's Office in Frankfurt, the Higher Regional Court and examination rooms for the judicial examination office I will be accommodated in the future. The construction site is currently housing the vacant ZBOV building, which is connected underground and above ground to Justice Building D in the Zeil 42 location and encloses Building D with an inner courtyard. A usable area of ​​3 154 m2 is provided for building Z.

The technical advisor will assist in the selection and commissioning of the private partner who plans, implements and operates the construction project.  During the construction, the advisor will perform technical checks for compliance with the contract for the agreed qualities and quantities and will check the planning of the private partner.
