Tender launched seeking Student Housing Partner for University of Birmingham's Pritchatts Park Village

The University of Birmingham in the UK has launched a tender notice seeking Student Housing Partner for Pritchatts Park Village. The partner will provide services of design, build, finance and operate the expansion of student housing at Pritchatts Park Village. The scope of works involves building new townhouses on currently vacant infill plots to accommodate 496 student beds; building a new 482-bay multi-story car park (MSCP); refurbishing the existing 734 bedrooms at Pritchatts Park to enhance the student experience and maximize operational efficiency; and leasing, maintaining and operating the whole of Pritchatts Park Village.

The deadline to submit the bids is April 10, 2020. The concession period for the project is 50 years. You can find more information about this tender notice on our business opportunity page here.
