Tender launched for USD1.14 billion MetroLink PPP project in Ireland
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has launched a tender notice seeking a technical consultant to establish a single-party framework agreement for the Swords-Charlemont MetroLink PPP concession. The framework will provide TII support during the delivery and operational commencement phases.
The selected consultant will provide support for 13 years in various stages of the project including following services :
- Delivery planning and integration
- Development of technical documentation in support of procurement (Design and Engineering works), plus the development of a Software System to facilitate the development and evaluation of tender competitions
- Programme management & controls
- Digital information management
- Stakeholder management
- Health, safety, environment & quality
- Communications management
- Project assurance
- Document control
