The Municipality of Vendargues, located in the Occitanie region of southern France, has launched a tender for the development of an approximately 23.8-hectare site in Meyrargues under the zone d'aménagement concerté (ZAC) program.
The concessionaire will develop around 700 housing units on the site, as well as the necessary public infrastructure and superstructure facilities. This will include extensions and renovations of all roads, pathways, networks and public spaces in proximity to the site.
The concessionaire will also deliver equipment for education, sports and leisure facilities, public spaces and green or agro-natural areas.
The total estimated value of the 13-year concession contract is EUR38 million (US$43.2 million). The submission deadline for the tender is 27 March 2019.
