The Thaba Chweu Local Municipality (a municipality of South Africa, located in the Ehlanzeni District Municipality, Mpumalanga) through the Thaba Chweu Local Economic Development Agency invites tenders from suitably qualified private parties to:

1. Operate and maintain the Castle Rock Caravan Park situated in Sabie for a period of 6 years; and/or
2. Finance, design, upgrade, refurbish, develop, expand, operate, and maintain the Graskop Resort in Graskop  for a period of 15 years.

Bidding documentation for both tenders will be available from 31 May 2013 and can be collected from the THALEDA Offices situated at 69 Main Street Sabie on payment of R200.

Bidders can bid for both or only one of the tenders.

There will be a compulsory bidder's briefing meeting at the Castle Rock Caravan Park, Sabie at 10.00h and at the Graskop Resort, Graskop at 13.00h on Tuesday 11 June 2013.

Bids closing date is Friday 19 July 2013, at 11.00h.
