Royal Holloway and Bedford New College has launched a tender for the development, design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of student accommodation at Rusham Park site in is Surrey, East and West Sussex.
The project consists of about 2000 bed student village through a demand risk partnership over one or more phases. The project also includes the stock transfer, finance and operation and maintenance of its existing 621 student accommodation development, George Eliot Hall.
The contracting authority will likely to enter into a project agreement with the partner for the initial delivery of 1,400 student bed spaces at the Rusham Park site and a strategic partnering agreement with the partner to draw-down the balance of the c 2,000 bed spaces in one or more phases within the initial 10 years of the strategic partnering agreement contract period.
The deadline for the tender is on November 14, 2019.
