Tender launched for student and staff housing development project in UK

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust has launched a tender for the development of a student and NHS staff housing facility that can accommodate up to 375 beds. 

The concession involves the construction of the new buildings and extensions comprising up to 200 beds, refurbishment and remodeling of existing residences comprising of up to 150 beds, and restoration of a Grade II listed building.

The project represents a total of GBP35 million (US$44.97 million) investment. 

The deadline for the tender is on November 11, 2019.
