Tender launched for schools PPP cluster in Belgium

GO! Education, a public institution commissioned by the Flemish Community, has launched tender for the development of a cluster of school building projects. The selected private partner will design, construct, finance, and maintain seven school buildings in Flanders, the northern region of Belgium, for a 30-year concession period. The cluster of schools is composed of:

  • Smiskens in Turnhout
  • Zandpoor in Mechelen
  • Regenboog in Ertvelde
  • Voskenslaan in Gent
  • BuBao De Bg in Haaltert
  • Decroly in Ronse
  • Alicebourg in Lanaken

The submission deadline for the tender is 30 January 2019.
