Tender launched for school PPP in Luxembourg

An inter-ministerial committee of the government of Luxembourg has launched a tender for the design / planning, construction, financing and operation of the Lycée technique, a technical high school to be located in Bonnevoie, an area in the south-east of Luxembourg City.

The tender will award a 25-year contract for the project to a single private partner. The deadline to apply to participate is 14 July 2017.

The construction of the high school is to be completed in the second half of 2020. In total, the new facility will span around 23,000 m2.
