The Ministry of Higher Education and Innovation of Uzbekistan has issued a tender seeking a developer for student housing in Uzbekistan. 

The selected developer will be responsible for the construction and operation of a student hostel for 400 places on the 0.3 ha land on the territory of the Samarkand State University located at Zhambay district, Samarkand region, Uzbekistan. The concept of the project was proposed by the private initiative LLC The Best Story in Samarkand.
