Comune dell'Aquila has launched a tender seeking developers for the renovation intervention of the abandoned building and redevelopment of the public areas of the former Sercom in Pagliare di Sassa, L'Aquila, Italy.
The focus of the project is on a specific section of the building (LOT 1), which comprises only the prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and the external envelope. The adjacent green area will also be part of the regeneration efforts. The primary objective of the initiative is to rejuvenate the area, combat marginalization and address issues of urban and social deterioration. The project aims to support the residential development of the CASE project, which was established in response to the aftermath of the 2009 earthquake. The cost of the project is EUR7.59 million (US$8.35 million).
The last day to submit the response is August 28, 2023. More information about this project can be found on our Business Opportunity page here.
