The Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen in Belgium has launched a tender notice seeking a private developer for the relocation of a retirement home WZC Vesalius in Brasschaat. The concessionaire will be responsible for the design, build, finance & maintain and organize the relocation of WZC Vesalius. The relocation of WZC Vesalius will be comprised of the realization of one residential care center for 140 residents, a day care center, a group of twenty assisted living apartments, accompanying parking and exterior landscaping on land to be contributed by the tenderer.
