DIR Atlantic has launched a tender for redevelopment and operation of the service area of Ruffec 'Les Eglantiers' located Barro in Charente. Barro is a commune in the Charente department in southwestern France. The scope of works includes redevelopment and operation of fuel distribution station and its annexes, access, internal roads, parking, a shop, and a green area.
The concession period for the project in 30 years. The estimated annual turnover of the service area is EUR 4,9 million (USD 5.4 million).
The deadline to submit the proposal is November 18, 2019.
