The Province of Brescia has launched a tender seeking a private partner for the development of the Real Estate Smart facility PPP project in Italy.

The selected private partner will design, redevelop, finance and implement the urban and real estate smart facility management service in the municipality of Castegnato of Brescia. The estimated value of the project is EUR2.15 million (US$2.34 million). The duration of the contract or framework agreement is 120 months (10 years).
