The Regional Council of Occitanie in France has launched a tender for the land and business development, operation, and management of the commercial port of La Nouvelle on the Mediterranean coast of the country.
The works include commercial operation of the public service, the commercial, industrial and logistics development of the Port, improvement of the public area under concession, maintenance and upkeep of existing or new infrastructure and superstructures, management, cleaning and maintenance of the surface and bed of the water body, implementation of measures required to guarantee the safety and security of the installations.
The estimated value of the project is EUR 815,61 million (USD 891,52 million). The concession term is 40 years.
The deadline for the tender is on March 13, 2019.
