The City Government of Solenzara has launched the tender for port operation services in Sari-Solenzara. The public service concession involves design, financing, execution of the extension works, the development of the superstructures, equipment and the operation of the Port, which is located in the south-west of Corsica.

The selected proponent will be co-shareholder of a special purpose vehicle (SPV), which will be concessionaire of the public port service. The SPV will finance the operation and ensure project management, carrying out operational studies, requesting the relevant administrative authorizations, demolishing existing buildings and structures, developing the soil and building equipment, and ensuring the management and management of the project operation. 

The City of Sari-Solenzara wishes to hold between 34% and 49% of the capital of the SPV. One (or more) third party investor(s) may own up to 15%.

The application deadline is 2 January 2019. The concession will expire after 35 years.
