Commune di Milano in Italy has launched tender notice seeking private partners for sports complex redevelopment project. The project includes the redevelopment and management of the Palazzo del Ghiaccio sports complex in Milan.
The concession period for the project is 32 years. The estimated investment value is EUR 100 million (US$ 110.48 million).
The deadline to respond to the tender notice is January 30, 2020.
