Tender launched for Mumbai Metro Rail Investment Project

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) on behalf of Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has issued a tender seeking private developer for the Mumbai Metro Rail Investment Project, Maharashtra, India.

MMRDA the owner of the project has signed an agreement with DMRC for carrying out the procurement process and implementing the contract on behalf of MMRDA. The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of half height Platform Gates System for Mumbai Metro line 2B. The scope of the contract also includes some maintenance and performance responsibilities.

The approximate cost of work is valued to be INR1.10 billion (US$13.33 million).
